Peg Skarrow founded Skarrow Associates in 1989. Her 20 year career prior to forming her company, included work as a consultant for Arthur D. Little, a curriculum design project director for Westinghouse Health Systems, a senior project manager at Learning International, and director of human resource planning and development with a Pathmark supermarket chain.
