Jamie B. Telegadis started her career as an internal management development consultant working in companies to establish programs, processes and curriculum to increase management skills and organizational effectiveness. She has 25 years of external consulting experience in leadership and human capital management to support a variety of organizational initiatives and provide one on one leadership for key managers.

Additionally, she has contributed as an active member on client human resources, customer service and diversity task forces within various industries and education, including: telecommunications, accounting, pharmaceutical, financial services, manufacturing, government and publishing.
