David is certified to administer a number of behavioral and style instruments, including DiSC, Thomas Kilman Conflict Mode, Situational Leadership, and the Communication Style Inventory. The instruments he selects for each workshop are determined by participant need and to accomplish specific training objectives.
David’s expertise is a direct result of more than 20 years in-depth experience in a variety of human resource management positions with The Olsten Corporation, Bank of Tokyo, Chase Manhattan Bank, Amerada Hess Corporation, Ebasco Services, Inc. and Gentiva Health Systems. His many clients represent both the private and public sectors and span a wide range of industries.
He is described as patient, flexible, and one who listens carefully to accurately conceptualize client problems and desired outcomes.
David has a B.S. in Production Management from New York University and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Planning and Development from the New School for Social Research. He completed advanced studies in Counseling and Guidance at Indiana University and Marketing at Pace University.
